Commercial Service

Our Service Technicians are graduates of a five year apprenticeship program from one of the top trade schools in the country. County, State and Federal Agencies certify every technician. As part of a continuing education program, they are kept up-to-date on the latest technology and regulations affecting the H.V.A.C. industry.                               

      Commercial services include: 

• Annual inspection of heating and cooling systems
  
• Monthly maintenance contracts
  
• Equipment maintenance - troubleshooting and repairs
  
• Coil cleaning - enabling older systems to function more efficiently and more reliably
  
• Retrofitting - replacing existing units with newer, more efficient ones
  
• Duct replacement
  
• Design and installation of central air and central heat in older   buildings
  
• Redesigning inefficient cooling and heating systems to improve  efficiency and comfort
  
• Modifying existing cooling and heating systems that do not meet state or local building codes
