Cool-Breeze Air Conditioning’s construction department specializes in interior build-outs, new commercial & residential construction, plan and spec work and ductwork. When a project is accepted, we accept all responsibilities that come with it. Work supervision and sight meetings are a must, that’s why we take pride of our highly qualified staff which include; project managers, technicians, installers, estimators, administrative assistants and field supervisors. Each project is assigned a Cool-Breeze project manager that will be your single point of contact from inception of a project through completion. 

We insure OSHA standards by conducting site inspections of materials and equipment as well as enforcing weekly safety reports. Our project managers are kept aware of up to date cost and labor reports with our computerized database of projects. 
Meetings are held between project managers, field supervisors, and administrative assistants in order to analyze project progressions throughout the work.

We take pride in having highly qualified technicians experienced to work on equipment ranging from 1-ton residential units to 2,000-ton commercial systems. Diplomas and certifications from well known organizations as well as a five year apprenticeship program from the union trade school, NATE certifications, etc all guarantee we get things done right the first time around.

We do not subcontract sheet metal installations! We have on staff sheet metal installers, trained to install ductwork.
