The commercial division at cool-breeze offers many different services to help with your cooling needs!

Retrofit/Replacement- due to either weather, age or advances in equipment Cool-Breeze Air Conditioning has the experience to replace, upgrade and modernize your system and its components. We are able to replace either an entire building's system or a single component.

Pipefitting- Our pipe fitters are experts and can work on DX, hot water, condenser water systems and chilled water systems. One of our most recent projects included the installation of a 4,200 ton cooling tower with 18" and 16" black iron pipe at a local hospital. We can work on a small DX split system to the largest central plant.

Wet taps- -We are able to install wet taps from 3 1/4" to 8" with no shut down required.

Preventive Maintenance- We ask have you protected your investment? We offer maintenance contracts for scheduled inspections and maintenance on your HVAC systems. Please click the Preventive Maintenance tab on the left to learn more.
